Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for fish culture capable of allowing cultured fish to ingest a nutrient composition of a fermentation residue, reducing a death rate of the cultured fish and an amount of drug accompanied therewith, and improving the increase in length and weight and flesh of the cultured fish, and to provide a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The feed for fish culture includes: adhering or adhering/infiltrating a concentrated solution of the fermentation residue having 30-60 wt.% of solid concentration to a pelleted feed; and the method for manufacturing the feed for fish culture includes mixing, coating or spraying the concentrated solution of the fermentation residue having 30-60 wt.% of the solid concentration to the pelleted feed, and stirring, adhering, adhering/infiltrating the concentrated solution of the fermentation residue.
