A mounting hole 24 of an eye member 21 and attaching holes 25a to 25c for attaching hook members mutually cross and communicate and the attaching holes 25a to 25c of the eye member 21 correspond to shank parts 42 of the hook members 41a to 41c so as to freely fit. The mounting hole 24 of the eye member 21 corresponds to one end of a rod-like member 31 so as to freely fit. The shank parts 42 of the hook members 41a to 41c are inserted into the attaching holes 25a to 25c and assembled in the eye member 21. The rod-like member 31 is fitted into the mounting hole 24, assembled and maintained. In the eye member 21, the shank parts 42 of the hook members 41a to 41c relatively contact the rod-like member through crossing communication ports 26a to 26c. Thereby, the hook members 41a to 41c are held with the eye member 21.
