Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally maintain the posture of a U-shaped hook 10 in water and improve the fish-luring property of an artificial bait sheet 2, in a fishing artificial bait obtained by attaching the artificial bait sheet 2 to the shank 13 of the U-shaped hook.
SOLUTION: This fishing artificial bait is characterized by having a movable piece 5 obtained by obliquely extending the artificial bait sheet 2 under the U-shaped portion 11 of the U-shaped hook 10, and further having a structure in which the surface area A1 of the lower half portion of the movable piece is larger than the surface area A2 of the upper half portion. The upper and lower half portions of the movable piece 5 are obtained by dividing the movable piece 5 with a dividing line 21 (the dropping direction line of the U-shaped hook 10) which passes through the center of gravity of the U-shaped hook 10, crosses the perpendicular line 20 of a leader 15 at an angle of about 10°, and passes below the shank 13, in the free state of the U-shaped hook 10 suspended from the leader 15.
