Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of efficiently performing the conveyance of parts in two trains for two units of measuring devices.
SOLUTION: This conveying device 11 having two units of part measuring parts 1 and 2 and two conveying routes 13 and 14 is installed between a supply part 15 and a recovery part 16. In the conveying route 13, a conveying element S12 moves to the end part of the supply part 15 and receives the supply of parts after transferring parts to the first measuring part 1. A conveying element S11 moves to the first measuring part 1 and receives the supply of measured parts after transferring parts at the end part of the recovery part 16. In the conveying route 14, a conveying element S21 receives parts at the end part of the supply part 15, and conveys to the second measuring part 2. A conveying element S22 receives measured parts at the second measuring part 2, and conveys to the end part of the recovery part 16. The conveying elements S11 and S21 are connected to the short belt 18 of co-axially stretched two long and short belts, and the conveying elements S12 and S22 are connected to the long belt 20. Both belts are driven by a common drive source. The processing of electronic components can be efficiently performed with a simple and inexpensive structure for driving a large number of conveying elements by a single drive source.
