PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing-rod using a metallic pipe having a tapering shape having a homogeneous tapering-off shape as a spearhead.SOLUTION: A fishing-rod has a tip rod constituted of: a spearhead part made of a metallic pipe material and extending straight from the spearhead and having a joint portion of a hollow structure at least on the side of a rod butt; and a spear holding part formed of a fiber-reinforced resin material into a hollow structure or a solid structure and having, at a leading end, a joint part to be fitted into the joint portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
