Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work for wedging a soundproof panel to a post and to prevent noise generated in the wedging work.
SOLUTION: Respective lower ends of a pair of opposite walls 2, 2a are connected to each other by a substantially U-shaped bent part 3 having elasticity in the opening direction to form a wedge body 4. A spring material 5 energized in the opening direction is interposed extending in the vertical direction between the left and right end parts of the opposite walls 2, 2a of the wedge body 4, and the maximum open width between the connecting parts 10 of the bent part 3 and the lower ends of the opposite walls 2, 2a is set larger than the width of the space between the back of the sound absorbing panel P and the wall D1 on the recessed groove D side, whereby the space S is closely pressed by the whole outer surfaces of the opposite walls 2, 2a to hold stably hold the sound absorbing panel P in the recessed groove D. This fastener is provided with a lock means 6 formed by locking pieces 13, 14 disposed apart from each other on the upper and lower sides of the middle parts of the inner surfaces of the opposite walls 2, 2a of the wedge body 4 and projected on the opposite walls 2, 2a to stagger vertically, and a disengaging piece 15 engagingly provided on the locking pieces 13, 14 to be held or released with an overlap, thereby deforming and expanding the wedge body 4 as described above so that the wedge body 4 is set without hammering.
