Abstract:
To provide a fixation belt which can uniformly fix images without generating any image defect for a long period and an image forming device which has the fixation belt.
A fixation belt 10 which has an elastic layer 2 formed on a base 1 and a release layer 3 formed on the elastic layer 2 is characterized by that the universal hardness HU (N/mm2) of its top surface side is <35 and the plastic hardness HUplast (N/mm2) is larger than the universal hardness. The HU and HUplast are prescribed in the German standards DIN 50359-1.
