Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subassembly for clock securing improvement in functionality of connection between spring stud to be assembled and a balance-spring end plate by joining by adhesive.SOLUTION: A subassembly for clock including a spring stud 20 includes a balance-spring 1 having an outside coil 2 and an end plate 10 with a sectional surface greater than that of the outside coil 2, the spring stud 20 has a housing, the housing being composed to loosely contain the end plate 10 with tangent line movability regarding the outside coil 2 in a first free sate of the sub-assembly for clock, on the other hand in a second immobile state of the sub-assembly for clock, the end plate 10 is composed to have the housing composed to be immobilized by being joint to the end plate 10 with an adhesive layer 30. The adhesive layer 30 covers a sectional change shoulder unit 5 as well as forming a mechanical seal for the balance-spring 1 in a longitudinal direction L of the housing and the end plate 10 has an eye hole 6 where the adhesive layer 30 is communicated in the second immobile state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
