Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the cutting-processing capacity and productive efficiency of the fixed dimension product of a small lot by, after the tip of cutting length being desired times as long as the cutting dimension of the product is received through a stopper provided so as to be movable and adjustable in the axial direction of a table according to the cutting dimension of the product, cutting a long material to the cutting dimension of the product through a fixed type sawing machine on a table.
CONSTITUTION: A transferable 10 is somewhat raised to transfer an enlarged scale extruded material to the side of the second adjacent table 12, and at the same time, a clamping device 8 is moved back from a grasp releasing position to a grasp start position to grasp an extruding material. The clamping device 8 is advanced to the grasp releasing position with the grasped extruding material, and moves in the reverse feed direction of the second table 12 together with the enlarged scale transportation of the long extruding material to reversely feed the enlarged scale extruding material. The enlarge scale extruding material is thereby stopped on the second table 12 by the first stopper 14, and the enlarged scale extruding material on the second table 12 is cut by a fixed type sawing machine 16 to form a product having the cutting dimension of a product.
