Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently and continuously cut a long material according to a fixed dimension by, after receiving the tip of cutting length being desired times as long as the cutting dimension of a product through a stopper, cutting the long material to the cutting length of the product through a movable type sawing machine, and at the same time, cutting it to the cutting dimension of the product through a fixed type sawing machine.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer table 10 is somewhat raised to transfer a three-times enlarged scale extruding material 6A to the side of the second adjacent table 12, and at the same time, a clamping device 8 is moved forth and back from a grasp releasing position to a grasp start position to grasp an extruding material 6, and advanced to the grasp releasing position with the grasped extruding material 6 and moved in the direction of the reverse feed of the second table 12 together with the three-times enlarged scale transportation of a long extruding material 6 to reversely feed the three-times enlarged scale extruding material 6A. The three-times enlarging scale extruding material 6A is thereby stopped on the second table 12 by the first stopper 14, and the fixed type sawing machine 16 and the movable type sawing machine 18 cut the three-times enlarged scale extruding material 6A on the second table 12 for forming the product having the cutting dimension of the product.
