To prevent the propagation of algae by extinguishing a microbe such as bacteria with a fixed type electric water purifier fitted with a timer and a voltage transducer oriented for a pool, a hot spring, a cooling tower water storage tank or water treatment facilities and in which both of electric purification and ion purification are integrated.
The water purifier includes a purification electrode under the surface water and a direct current electric power unit which transmits electric power; and basically has a solvent anode rod made of copper and silver, and a cathode preferably made of stainless steel. Metal ions of copper and silver are released from the solvent anode rod to prevent the growth of the algae and the bacteria, and also electrically purify water. The water purifier is integrated with two of electric purification and ion purification, and an electric current is changed in agreement with the amount of water while controlling the electric current, and a very small quantity of the metal ions is released from the metal rod, thereby exhibiting water purification and the effect of sterilization to solve a problem.
