A penetration hole penetrating in a vertical direction is formed at an outer edge part of the slide plate, a protruding member protruding upward from the plane part, and arranged in the penetration hole of the slide plate is arranged at the plane part, the protruding member is fixed to the plane part, a tip face of the protruding member is arranged in the penetration hole, and a horizontal clearance for permitting the horizontal movement of the slide plate with respect to the plane part is arranged between the protruding member and the penetration hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
