PURPOSE: To carry out fixing of a form easily and speedily concerning a permanent form for concrete construction.

CONSTITUTION: This is a fiber reinforcing cement made plate body 10A in which two pieces of engagement metal fittings 4, 4 integrally installed with engagement pieces 3 in a T letter shape at a head end of a shaft 2 are reciprocally connected to each other by a string body 5 with expansion elasticity at a rear end of the shaft 2, and a hollow hole 11 communicated in the lengthy direction is provided in the wall thickness. Two pieces of slit type openings 12, 12 communicated through to the hollow hole 11 are provided in pair on a surface side 10B of a permanent form 10 for concrete construction. In these slit type openings 12, 12, a fixing metal fitting 1 is respectively inserted, and as it is rotated in the shaft perimeter inside, it is engaged, and as the string body 5 connecting the rear end of the shaft 2 is wound around a support frame 13 member, the permanent form 10 for concrete construction is fixed. It is made possible to fix it in a one-touch action.
