This fixture is composed of a base member 10 fixed to a fixing object member and a band member installed in this base member 10. The band member is composed of a plastically deformable metallic belt-like member 20. A joining member 25 is arranged in one end part 22 of the belt-like member 20, and the other end part 22 of the belt-like member 20 is inserted into this joining member 25, and is fixed by a steel ball 28 arranged in the joining member 25. This steel ball 28 is arranged in a groove strip part existing in a substantially central part of an insertion passage 26 of the joining member 25, and the groove depth of this groove strip part becomes gradually large toward the base end side from the tip side of the joining member 25. A window hole is formed in the groove strip part, and an extension arm part extending from a stopper member may be projected outward from this window hole. The base member 10, the band member 20 and the joining member 25 are separately formed, and can also be performed by assembling these members.
