To provide a flame-radiating burner capable of causing a high-temperature combustion state such that sufficient oxygen can be supplied to a combustion site by use of only one liquid or gas fuel such as heavy oil or propane to perfectly burn and decompose dioxin with a simple structure while ensuring safety at an economical cost.
The flame-radiating burner A comprises a rotating shaft 2 of a hollow pipe pivotally supported within a burner outer cylinder 1, the end extended forward the shaft fulcrum of the rotating shaft 2 being closed; a fuel outflow port 4 provided at the closed end; a flame radiating part 5 provided on the shaft so that the outflow port 4 is closer to the closed end; a driving means 7 and a fuel supply means 9 provided on a shaft extended backward the rotating shaft 2; and an air supply pipe 6 provided in opposition to the flame radiating part 5 so as to send air thereto. According to this structure, atomized drops blown from the fuel outflow port 4 are ignited, and air is supplied to the flame at the end of the flame radiating part along the inside and outside surfaces to emit high-temperature radial flame with rotation.
