Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a sliding condition of a seat surface of a washer placed between a bolt and a flange, reduce a stress acting on the bolt and reduce influence caused by variation in thickness of the flange.
SOLUTION: A fastening bolt 25 is held at a bolt insertion hole 26 of an inner flange 23 by an engaging member 27 in such a way that it may be freely oscillated and further the bolt is prevented from being pulled off and at the same time an abutting surface between the head section of the fastening bolt 25 and the engaging member 27 is formed as a spherical surface, the fastening bolt 25 is inserted into and freely fitted to a through-pass hole 28 formed in an outer flange 24, a fastening nut 29 is threadably arranged at one end of a threaded section of the fastening bolt 25 and arranged there, a washer 30 is arranged between the fastening nut 29 and the outer flange 24 and then abutting surfaces of the washer 30 and the outer flange 24 are formed into spherical surfaces.
