Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically form a hub part and a flange part in one body, by positioning so that an insertion hole of the flange part coincides with a hooking groove formed on the hub part which is fed in order. CONSTITUTION:A flange part 3 in which a direction of an insertion hole 3b formed at a position deflected from the center of the flange part for constituting a reel for a video tape together with a hub part has been accumulated in a random state is placed on a positioning device 13 in a state that a center hole 3a is inserted through a center pin 34, by use of an adsorption pad. A positioning pin 29 is moved downward when the flange part 3 is made to press-contact with the plane, and after that, is turned by 360 deg. by an air motor. In this case, when the pin 29 is fitted into the insertion hole 3b, the flange part 3 is rotated in a state that it is adsorbed by an adsorbing member 28, and is positioned so that the insertion hole 3b is turned toward the direction of an original point direction of the pin 29.
