Abstract:

To eminently improve safety during use.

This device comprises a magazine part 3 charged with flares 2; a grip part 5 for hand-operation incorporating an electric type launching control means 4 for the flare 2. The launching control means 4 forms a flare launching device 1 having an attitude switch 29 turning ON in a state that a flare lunching direction is within a given angle range with a vertical direction and launching of the flare 2 is practicable only within the given angle described above.
