To provide a scale by nonary (900, 1800, 2700, 3600,...) of basic dimensions for wooden building design, an indication consisting of the combination of graduations of 300 m/m and 450 m/m is imparted thereto. According to this, since a scale on the basis of 450 m/m or 300 m/m necessary for the design of a wooden building and others can be provided, the fatigue of the eyes or the reading mistake can be prevented even in reading the graduation.
