To attain the separation of orchid from a flask and the following growth of the orchid in no need of disinfection labor and time without withering of its seedling.
In the separation of orchid from a flask, a seedling of orchid is taken out of the flask without separation of an agar culture medium from the orchid plant body, then dipped the seedling in a solution prepared by 1000-2000 times diluting a solution in which groups of useful microorganisms are cultured, (commercially available in a trade name of EMI or scion EMI and is described as EMI hereafter) for 5-10 minutes, and the seedling is watered, as the agar culture medium is not separated just after the transplantation, the EMI of same dilution is irrigated. In the cultivation after transplantation, molasses or an EM activation solution (commercial name, Eiso) is added to the 1,000-2,000 times diluted solution of the EM1 in an amount of 0.5 ml to 1 ml per 1 liter of the EM diluted solution and the resultant mixture is applied to the seedling once to twice weekly instead for watering.
