Abstract:
To provide a flat display device which has no variance in characteristic and can precisely input an image thereinto.
A photosensor processing circuit (1) applies a precharge voltage to a photosensor pixel 27 from a precharge voltage supply line and also reads the potential of a photosensor signal output line varying depending upon the on/off state of a second TFT 64b as a photosensor signal when a third TFT 64c is on, and (2) counts photosensors 64 which are on or off by processing blocks and judges whether a photosensor 64 of a processing block 881 is on or off from the counted value.
