PURPOSE: To improve the workability and the dimensional precision in circuit pattern forming, by forming multilayered material forming an outer layer circuit pattern by using flexible base material, and forming a circuit pattern of a flexible part and an outer layer circuit pattern of a rigid part.
CONSTITUTION: Rigid base material 50 wherein glass cloth is impregnated with resin is clad with a copper foil, and an inner circuit pattern 52 is formed. A flexible base material 58 is laminated on the rigid base material 50 via adhesive agent II 56. The outer shape of a region of a flexible part F of the adhesive agent II 56 is cut away, and release ancillary material 60 whose outer shape is worked so as to coincide with the cut part is fitted. A circuit pattern 66 is formed on the outer surface of the flexible base material 58, and a circuit pattern 68 is formed on the other surface of a laminate 62. Thereby the flexible base material 58 is fixed to the rigid base material 50, and the damage of the flexible base material 58 due to bending is prevented.
