PURPOSE: To provide a flip spring mechanism which simplifies and facilitates fixing to a fixing member by making the same the amounts of the legs of a leaf spring being deformed in the direction of approaching.

CONSTITUTION: A leaf spring 10 is composed of two confronting legs 11 and a coupling 12 formed in approx. U shape from a sheet spring material, a part to be pressed 13 installed in continuity from the coupling 12 between the two legs 11, and a pressing part 14 which is formed in continuity at the coupling 12 so as to be in opposite direction to the part to be pressed 13. This inverting spring mechanism is equipped with a fixing member 20 which has a fixing part 24 to fix the two legs 11 and the leaf spring 10, wherein the fixing member 20 is provided with a holding groove 27 with which the fixing part 24 is capable of fitting the tip of each leg 11 and is inclined in the direction of the leg tips approaching in the course of fitting in.
