Abstract:
To provide a floater capable of keeping a certain buoyancy structure, being simply folded during moving, and being simply equipped in a utilization site.
The floater 10 supports a pipe 13 forming a pipe line arranged on the water so as to float on a water surface. A soft ring-shaped hollow buoyancy frame element 11 capable of expanding and contracting is adhered to the inside of a hard outer frame element 12, and the pipe 13 is inserted in the ring-shaped hollow buoyancy frame element 11.
