Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive magnetic spring used for transporting a small-sized precision component such as an IC chip.
The magnetic spring has a movable inner cylinder 11 fixed to a movable shaft 32 movable in an axial direction, and a fixed outer cylinder 21 arranged coaxially with the movable shaft 32. One of the inner cylinder 11 or the outer cylinder 21 is formed by a permanent magnet, and the other is formed by a magnetic element. Spring force is generated by magnetic force between the inner cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 21 pulling against each other in an axial direction.
