Abstract:
To provide a floating jig that can fix an initial position of a master gauge at a constant position every time when measuring an inner diameter of a reference hole of the master gauge while holding the master gauge for instance.SOLUTION: A floating jig 400 comprises: a master holder 401 that holds a master gauge M; an oscillating mechanism 410 that oscillatably supports the master holder 401 in a direction orthogonal to a vertical direction; and four pressing units 409 that diminish oscillation of the master holder 401 by the oscillating mechanism 410.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
