Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an appearance from being damaged and add a quality appearance even when chamfering is performed.
CONSTITUTION: In notches 4 which open on a top face and a side face formed on a base plate 1, wood materials 5 treated with WPC are fitted. A decorative veneer 2 is stuck to the top face of the base plate 1 by covering the top faces of the wood materials 5 at side ends of the decorative veneer 2 treated with WPC. The connected parts of the upper corners of the wood materials 5 and the side ends of the decorative veneer 2 are chamfered so as to form chamfers 3. As the wood materials 5 treated with WPC and the decorative veneer 2 appear at the chamfers 3, color differences do not occur on the chamfers 3. The wood materials 5 and the decorative veneer 2 look like being integrated, making an appearance that as if a decorative veneer 2 having a high thickness is being used.
