Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set piping by fixing the piping wound in a coil at height not to exceed back height of a beam on back surface side of a floor member main body free to install on an opening part of a floor.
SOLUTION: A floor member 4 free to install on an opening part 3 to be formed on a floor 2 of a building unit 1 is provided. Piping 9 wound up in a coil is placed on a floor bed plate 5 on the back surface side of the floor member 4, extended so that height of the piping 9 does not exceed back height of a beam and pressed by a band material 12. Additionally, the band material 12 is fixed on a part of each of common joists 6 of the floor bed material 5 by a fixture. In the meantime, a pipe end part on the equipment connecting side 14 of the piping 9 is fixed by a tape 16 on a floor plate 7 by spirally winding it. After framing completion of the building unit 1, the piping 9 is removed under the floor 17 and it is extended to a position of a gas supply part. Consequently, it is possible to further reduce site mandays without influencing upon after-treatment of interior finishing work, etc.
