Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain bad influence due to play while allowing movement of one end part of a valve side shaft member extended to a valve element in the axial direction.
SOLUTION: This flow control valve for high temperature fluid is furnished with a valve element to carry out opening control of a valve and an actuator to revolve a valve side shaft member 7 extended to the valve element. A revolving shaft member 10 of the actuator and the valve side shaft member 7 are coaxially connected to each other. That is, one end part of the valve side shaft member 7 is spline connected to a cylinder body 12 provided on one end part of the revolving shaft member 10 free to move in the axial direction. A spring member 14 is interposed between the valve side shaft member 7 and the cylinder body 12. This spring member 14 is constituted of linear spring steel and it is arranged in a roughly S letter shaped deflected state by being twisted in the circumferential direction of the valve side shaft member 7.
