To realize sharing of a pipe member 13, in a flow passage structure of a transmission that comprises a first flow passage 11 which is formed inside a casing 1 of the transmission and of which one end is opened on a wall face of a case, a second flow passage 12 formed inside the casing 1 so as to extend from the first flow passage 11 to a side direction and a third flow passage constituted by the pipe member 13 of which tip is inserted from the opening into one end part of the first flow passage 11, and in which fluid (lubricating oil) is branched and flowed from the first flow passage 11 to the second flow passage 12 and the third flow passage.
As illustrated in Fig. (a), a tip inserting part 13a of the pipe member 13 has the length capable of closing a connection part 12a of the second flow passage 12 and the first flow passage 11 as shown in Fig. (b), depending on the position of the second flow passage 12. In the tip inserting part 13a, a small hole 13d capable of serving as an orifice of an inlet of the second flow passage 12 is formed in a state where the connection part 12a is closed by the tip inserting part 13a. The second flow passage 12 is formed in a position where the connection part 12a is not closed by the tip inserting part 13a.
