This slide structure is provided with the first connection body 4 composed of guide rail parts 3 connected with a first member 1 or a second member 2 and arranged on the left and right sides and a connection part 10 connecting the left and right guide rail parts 3 and in which the plurality of guide rail parts 3 are integrated, a second connection body 6 forming the slide part moving relatively along the guide rail parts 3, and an elastic member 7 whose one end is connected with the first connection body 4 and whose other end is connected with the second connection body 6. The first connection body 4 is connected with the first member 1 or the second member 2, and the second connection body 6 is connected with the second member 2 or the first member 1 to connect the first member or the second member 2 slidably.
