This flower base is constituted of a leg part 3 provided with a high installation part 1 and a low installation part 2 positioned on the front side of the high installation part 1 and provided on a position lower than the high installation part 1, a base 4 to be installed to the high installation part 1 and the base 5 to be installed to the low installation part 2. The respective bases 4 and 5 are both in an annular shape symmetrical to the center line such as a semicircular shape, a U shape, a V shape and a polygonal shape, etc., with equal depth and the inner edge length 6 of the stand 4 to be installed to the high installation part 1 and the outer edge length 7 of the stand 5 to be installed to the low installation part 2 are equally set. Also, the leg part 3 is set to a structure capable of changing the direction and positioning the low installation part 2 to the back side of the high installation part 1.
