To make every one able to easily and quickly manufacture a holder by integrally forming a projected receiving part for holding a decoration tool on the upper end of a cylinderical part composed of a flexible material.

A lower part of this holder 1 is cylindrically bent and the cylindrical part 2 is formed. Then, the stem 9 of a cut flower 8 is inserted to the cylindrical part 2. Even when the thickness of the stem 9 is variable, the dispersion of the thickness is absorbed by a soft foamed body 10 and it is properly fixed. A turning stopper 11 is inserted to the cylinderical part 2 and a lower winding part 7b is bent so as to be wound to the intermediate part of the turning stopper 11 and the stem 9. Then, after an upper winding part 7a is wound, the winding part 7c of the intermediate part is wound to the stem 9 as well. Finally, the stem 9 is curved to an appropriate angle along with the receiving part 6. The curved state of the stem 9 is maintained by the receiving part 6 and the winding part 7. At the time of use, by fixing a clip 3 through the notched part 4 of the cylindrical part 2 and clipping the pocket of clothes by the clip 3, the holder is attached.
