Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowrate-measuring apparatus that accurately outputs a signal even if pulsation flow at a high engine speed and that with back flow occur.
SOLUTION: In the flowrate-measuring apparatus that is equipped with a flowrate measurement element having the pattern of at least a heat generation resistor on a plate-shaped side, and a subpassage where the flowrate measurement element is arranged, first and second outlets are formed. The first outlet allows fluid flowing on the surface of the flowrate measurement element to flow out. The second outlet allows fluid on the rear of the flowrate measurement element to flow out, and is formed at a position that differs from the first outlet.
