To provide a fluid circulating member by which the buckling of a tubular portion can be finely prevented when large diameter portions and a small diameter portion are formed by making the top end of the tubular portion deform plastically.
In a fluid circulating member which has tubular portions, on which a pair of large diameter portions are provided on the side of a top end in the axial direction of the tubular portion and a small diameter portion on which an annular sealing member is arranged between the pair of the large diameter portions, at least the large diameter portion on the side of the base end in the axial direction of the pair of the large diameter portions is formed by making the top end of the tubular portion deform plastically. The large diameter portion on the base end side has an inside edge in the radial direction positioned on the inside in the radial direction and an outside edge in the radial direction positioned on the outside in the radial direction at the end on the top side and the inside edge in the radial direction has a curved shape which is bent more gently than the outside edge in the radial direction.
