Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow rate of a sample fluid without degrading fluid component analysis accuracy.SOLUTION: A fluid component analyzer includes: a measuring cell 10 in which an inlet port 14o and an outlet port 15o are formed, a sample fluid flowing into the inlet port 14o and the sample fluid flowing out of the outlet port 15o; an excitation optical system 30 irradiating the sample fluid with an excitation light from a direction crossing a flow direction of the sample fluid flowing in the measuring cell 10; and a light-receiving optical system 40 receiving a Raman scattered light from the sample fluid irradiated with the excitation light. The inlet port 14o is long in a longitudinal direction in which a long axis Al in an opening surface of the inlet port 14o extends, and an optical axis Ai of the excitation optical system 30 and the long axis Al are positioned within one virtual plane.
