Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in composition analysis accuracy due to changes in a temperature of a target fluid, an external environment, and the like.SOLUTION: A fluid composition analyzer M includes: a measuring cell 10 in which a sample fluid G flows; a light-emitting optical system 30 for irradiating the sample fluid G within the measuring cell 10 with an excitation light via a light incident window 21; light-receiving optical system 40 for receiving Raman scattered light passing through a light-emission window 22 of the measuring cell 10; and a coupling member 50 for directly coupling the light-emitting optical system 30 to the light-receiving optical system 40 so that a positional relation therebetween is not displaceable. An optical unit U constituted by the light-emitting optical system 30, the light-receiving optical system 40, and the coupling member 50 is attached to the measuring cell 10 so as not to relatively movable to a predetermined portion of the measuring cell 10 while allowing thermal deformations in the measuring cell 10.
