Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enlarge discharge capacity and aim at the decrease of sliding loss, high capacity and low vibration.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid compressor is provided with a cylinder 27 fixed into a closed case 1 with a suction port 5 and a discharge port 7; a rotor 29 turning with part of the outer periphery in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 27, in the state of a bearing part 31 being fitted by insertion to the eccentric shaft part 33 of a main shaft 25 piercing the inside of the cylinder 27; spiral blades 47 fitted in the freely protruding/receding state into spiral groove 45 formed at the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 29 so as to partition the space between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 27 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 29 into plural operating chambers 49, and a driving means 9 for imparting rotating power to the main shaft 25. The bearing part 31 of the rotor 29 is provided within the load area where gas pressure at the compression time works on the main shaft 25.
