Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent any vibration and tilt in a bar-form valve stem from occurring as well as keep off any overshoot that suddenly changes a control flow rate by absorbing a vibration in the valve stem in the axial perpendicular direction, and installing a means which performs such control as conformed to an operating speed.
CONSTITUTION: Two diaphragm layer structural members 9a, 9b made up of improving an air servo system diaphragm as a vibration control member are installed at the inner side of a valve case 3 after engaging with a valve stem 2. Each of these diaphragm layer structural members 9a, 9b is one that is made up of sticking a rubber material, different in material value of a modulus of longitudinal elasticity or the like, together and amplifying viscoelasticity as a vibration damping member. Accordingly, these damping members 9a, 9b impart an axial perpendicular pressing force to the valve stem 2, pressing the specified side force to a tubular part forming each bearing for the valve stem 2 and a bearing plate 11 and an inner circumferential surface of a bearing 4. Thus the valve stem 2 receives the effect fo vibrations as a part of a valve assembly and a solenoid assembly, so that a valve stem assembly will in no case vibrate separately.
