A casing provided with space dividing devices, which oscillate about a shaft serving as a fulcrum, at two locations opposite to each other in a radius direction of a cylindrical body, and a rotor in which there is provided a space partitioning portion having a sliding contact with an inner circumferential surface of a casing at only one location, on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical column body provided with spindles at both ends, as the space partitioning portion, and there are provided with two types of vent holes passing through the inside of the cylindrical column body from spindle end surfaces at two locations, and having opening positions before and after the sliding contact portion, constitute a simple fluid pressure pump.
