To provide a fluid operating device capable of preventing or reducing the problem such as complexity and an increase of production costs when installing the function of achieving means for achieving functions such as an agitation function, a pump function and a valve function in a device (unit part) having a container which possesses an inside space housing a fluid.

The fluid operating device (for example, the agitating function, the pump function and the valve function) is provided with a unit part comprising the container having the inside space housing the fluid and a movable element built in the inside space and movable relatively to the container, and a driving means driving the container so that the movable element may move relatively to the container in the inside space. A plurality of unit parts are provided and further position-relation holding means holding the relative position relation of the provided plurality of unit parts may be provided.
