To provide a separation prevention device of a fluid pipe capable of securing separation prevention function while reducing a cost, and to provide a separation prevention method of the fluid pipe using the separation prevention device of the fluid pipe.SOLUTION: A restraint member 32 includes: an inclined plane 32a of which an outer diameter is changed along a pipe axial direction; a front claw 32b formed on the front side to which the outer diameter of the inclined plane 32a gets to larger; and a rear claw 32c formed on the rear side to which the outer diameter of the inclined plane 32a gets to smaller. A storage groove 33 of a housing 30 has a first bottom plane 33a of which the size is enlarged toward the front side and a second bottom plane 33b formed on the front side of the first bottom plane 33a. The second bottom plane 33b is extended in parallel to the pipe axial direction. The first bottom plane 33a is abutted on the rear side of the inclined plane 32a, at the same time, the first bottom plane 33a is gradually separated from the inclined plane 32a toward the front side, and the front claw 32b and the rear claw 32c are evenly protruded from the storage groove 33 while the second bottom plane 33b is abutted on the front side of the inclined plane 32a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
