Abstract:
To provide a fluid pressure bulge-forming method enabling to form a high bulging portion without producing any ears around a peripheral portion of the bulging portion.
In the fluid pressure bulge-forming method providing a partially bulged portion in a metal tube by a combination of inner fluid pressure through the metal tube held in a cavity of a die which is arranged in a pair of upper and lower portions and an axial compressed force loaded through both end portions of the method tube, the method provides processes at least to bulge a predetermined bulging portion of the metal tube, and then, to shape the bulging portion.
