Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable fluid treatment such as reforming, cleaning and activating by passing the fluid through a bypass communicative hole passage on the outer periphery of the filter medium even if clogging is caused in a filter medium, whereby making the flow of the fluid smooth.
CONSTITUTION: A spiral pipe make of ceramics 1 through which a through hole 11 is formed in the center and with which a spiral communicative hole passage 12 communicates on the outer periphery of the through hole 11 is provided. A continuous porous ceramics filter medium 2 made in a state of a mesh is housed in the through hole 11. The communicative hole passage 12 on the inflow side and the outflow side of the spiral pipe 1 are made wide and inflow and outflow ends are made narrow. A heating wire 3 is wound on the outside recessed part surfaces each of the spiral pipe 1 and the spiral pipe 1 is housed and inserted in a cylinder 4 in which it is to be installed.
