Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized calcination furnace which is designed by simulation on the basis of a shape and operating conditions of an actual furnace and in which even when coal or pulverized coal such as coke having poor combustibility is used as fuel, a non-combustion rate is lowered at an outlet of the fluidized calcination furnace and satisfactory calcination can be performed while preventing the clogging of a preheater.SOLUTION: The fluidized calcination furnace comprises: a cylindrical furnace body 2 the axial direction of which is made vertical; a pulverized coal blowing line 3 for blowing the fuel into the furnace body 2, which line is connected to the side of the furnace body 2; a raw material chute 4 for throwing cement raw materials thereinto, which chute is also connected to the side of the furnace body 2; at least one bleed air conduit 5 for sucking bleed air, which conduit is also connected to the side of the furnace body 2; and a fluidizing air blowing port 6 for blowing fluidizing air into the furnace body 2, which port is connected to the bottom of the furnace body 2. A blowing port of the pulverized coal blowing line 3 is disposed below a suction port of the bleed air conduit 5 and above the fluidizing air blowing port 6.
