Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure high electrification efficiency of coating materials without damaging the coating materials due to water droplets and/or oil droplets in fluidizing, conveying and/or atomizing powdery or liquid coating materials in surface coating, particularly in electrostatic surface coating.
CONSTITUTION: An inert gas under high pressure is reduced to a lower operating pressure, whereby it cools to a temperature below the ambient temperature, and is employed as compressed gas for fluidizing, conveying and/or atomizing powdery or liquid coating materials.
