Abstract:

To provide a fluorescence labeling compound having a stable emission wavelength, concerning the fluorescence labeling compound for biopolymer detection, and a method for facilitating detection of the biopolymer.

A stable inorganic optical crystal is used as a fluorescent material, and integrated with a chemically modified inorganic compound so as to be adsorbed or bonded onto a specific biopolymer, to thereby acquire this stable fluorescence labeling compound. As the inorganic optical crystal, a crystal formed by solid-solving cerium (Ce) as a dopant in a crystal having a garnet structure comprising elements of yttrium, aluminum and oxygen.
