Abstract:
To improve a fluorescence X-ray source.
A vacuum case having an inner surface 1 formed as an anode target and provided with an X-ray exit widow 10 is provided and surrounds an electron source arranged in the vacuum case and radiating unconverged electrons to the surroundings. The electrons collide against the anode target in order to produce braking X-rays, and a fluorescence target 9 is arranged on the path of propagation of the braking X-rays in order to produce X-rays of a single energy.
