Abstract:
To provide a new fluorinated ether having thermal stability, flame retardancy, low viscosity, etc usable for elimination of heat generated in using parts relating to power electronics such as a power semiconductor in high voltage/DC transmission or a power semiconductor device for railway by directly placing the heat generating parts in a boiling liquid, placing in the boiling liquid in a hollow cooling cell, able to cool by bath or cell vaporization.
The fluorinated ether is represented by formula (2): C4F9-bHb-O-CF3-cHc. [In the formula (b+c) is 1-6].
