To provide a curable fluorine-containing copolymer that has good compatibility with other compounding agents for coating compositions and gives a paint film exhibiting excellent weather resistance, hardness, and weather resistance.
The fluorocopolymer comprises (a) a tetrafluoroethylene structure unit, (b) a non-aromatic vinyl ester monomer structure unit free from hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, (c) a hydroxyl-containing vinyl monomer structure unit free from aromatic and carboxyl groups, (e) an aromatic group-including monomer structure unit (excluding a unit having 6C or more carbon atoms) and (f) other monomer structure units (d) excluding a monomer structure unit having an aromatic group and being free from hydroxyl group, wherein the content of (a) is 20 to 49 mol%, the content of (b) is 30 to 69.9 mol%, the content of (c) is 8 to 30 mol%, the content of (e) is 0.1 to 2.0 mol%, and the content of (f) is 0 to 10 mol%.
